Reiki is a different experience for each person. There are similarities that everyone experiences but on the whole it is unique to you. This being so because as the practitioner I am holding space for you, so your body can remember and start to heal itself. Our ability to self heal should not be under estimated.
Everyone can benefit from Reiki as is not limited to the person who feels out of balance and unwell. When a person is in good health it helps the body top up and is like an internal massage.
Reiki means Universal Life Force Energy. It treats the whole person, the body, the emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial results. One of the greatest health benefits is the reduction of stress and anxiety which allows the body to relax and triggers its own natural healing abilities and improves and maintains good health.
Reiki healing is a natural therapy that gently balances life energies in a non-invasive way to help with the health and well being of the physical, emotional and psychic body. Imbalances can occur from many things which can cause blockages which show up as health and emotional issues.
Reiki is a natural healing modality. A Japanese Buddhist monk Dr Mikao Usui was the originator in the early 1900’s.
